To qualify for a refund or exchange, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Proof of Purchase: An order number or receipt is required for all return requests.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  • Request: Email atlasquity@protonmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

  • Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization and the specific return address within 24–48 business hours.

  • Shipping: Securely package the item and ship it to the address provided by our support team. Note: Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted or processed.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Remorse: For changes of mind or incorrect size selection, the customer is responsible for paying their own return shipping costs.

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Gym Prime will cover the return shipping costs.

5. Refunds and Processing

  • Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Timeline: Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Method: Refunds will be applied to your original method of payment.
