Do you ship outside the United States?

No. Currently, Gym Prime ships exclusively to addresses within the United States.

How much does shipping cost?

We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping ($0.00) on all orders across the United States, with no minimum purchase required.

What is your processing and shipping timeline?
  • Handling/Processing Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday). The daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM EST.
  • Transit Time: Once dispatched, estimated standard delivery takes 3–5 business days.
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 4–7 business days total.
How can I track my package?

As soon as your gym gear has shipped, we will automatically send you a confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). You can use this to monitor your shipment's journey directly.

What is your return policy?

We offer a transparent 30-day return window. You have exactly 30 days from the date your package was delivered to request a return or an exchange. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
